The information of personal and/or sensitive data, which are obtained by END TO END directly from employees, service providers, suppliers, or clients (hereinafter HOLDERS) with their full knowledge, may be processed according to labor, tax, social security, civil and/or commercial matters, giving them only the use to comply with the legislation or regulations in force for each matter. HOLDERS of personal data are obliged to provide accurate, clear, and complete personal data, as well as to communicate any modification thereof in order to always keep the information updated.
The personal data of our clients will be processed for commercial purposes, namely: 1) to inform about promotions, contests, tenders, product information, new software versions; 2) to request information for market research purposes; 3) to respond to satisfaction surveys regarding our services; 4) to follow up on problems that arise regarding the provision of our consulting services; 5) in general, to send commercial information from END TO END for advertising and promotional purposes.
END TO END has implemented all administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect the information provided by HOLDERS through any means. Therefore, END TO END informs that any provider who has physical or electronic access to personal data assumes the same obligations contained in this privacy notice, in order to prevent the provided information from suffering any type of damage, alteration, loss, destruction, access, or unauthorized disclosure; only authorized and responsible persons from END TO END will have access to your data. We inform you that only the trade names, logos, and/or personal contacts of the HOLDERS may be transferred and processed within and outside the country, by persons other than this company exclusively for commercial references requested by a third HOLDER for the hiring of our services under the express consent of the referenced HOLDERS. END TO END reserves the right to modify this privacy notice at any time, solely to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential changes, internal policies, new requirements for the provision or offering of its services, or commercial practices. The Management of End To End Management and ETECLOUD provides the necessary resources to establish and operate an Information Security Management System, under the guidance of information security governance, as well as a Quality Management System, to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information contained in its assets and to meet the established objectives, which help ensure that these services are aligned with the needs of our clients in relation to the Integrated Management System services for managed cloud services, information systems management, security software, implementation of new technologies, ERP implementation, core banking, web applications, mobile applications, electronic invoicing and service migration, taking into account the needs of our stakeholders. The relevant internal and external aspects of our organization are aligned with the business strategy, meet our clients’ requirements, the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, as well as the ISO/IEC 27014:2020 standard, the ESR Distinction, PCI DSS and the requirements of applicable laws and regulations. Compliance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard is based on the ETE001AX03 Statement of Applicability. To achieve these objectives, Management is committed to reviewing and improving the controls and processes of the Management System through updating the risk assessment and risk treatment plans, establishing continuous-improvement policies, conducting internal audits and management reviews, and implementing improvement actions.
