The End-To-End Management and ETECLOUD Directorate provides the necessary resources to establish and operate an Information Security Management System, under the guidance of information security governance, as well as the Quality Management System to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information contained in the assets to meet established objectives, which help ensure that these services are aligned with customer needs related to the Integrated Management System services for managed cloud services, information systems management, security software, implementation of new technologies, ERP implementation, core banking, web applications, mobile applications, electronic invoicing, and service migration, considering the needs of our stakeholders. The relevant internal and external aspects of our organization are aligned with the business strategy, meet the requirements of our clients, the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, as well as ISO/IEC 27014:2020 standard, ESR Distinctive, and the requirements of applicable laws or regulations. In the case of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard compliance will be based on ETE001AX03 Statement of Applicability. To achieve these objectives, management is committed to reviewing and improving the controls and processes of the Management System through the updating of risk assessment and risk treatment plans, the establishment of policies for continuous improvement, the conduct of internal audits, management reviews, and the implementation of improvement actions.
